Iggy Pop Connects With Kiwis
Posted December 7th, 2009 at 10:13 am by Ben LiewAging godfather of punk Iggy Pop is embracing the tech age and putting it to good use. Instead of starting boring as cluck political blogs like most Malaysian over-the-hillbillies, the 62 year old ex-Stooges frontman connected with 9 Kiwis to jam out his classic ‘The Passenger’.
Through New Zealand broadband provider Orcon, Iggy who was in Miami auditioned and selected the 9 musicians for a live online jamming session.
Now, when’s Streamyx gonna connect us to Lou Reed?
