We like little kitties and we like them even better when they’re accompanied by cool music and animation. New York based indie duo The Ropes seems to share our taste. Released earlier this year, ‘Kitty Get Down’ off their Be My Gun EP is a catchy nonchalant tune in the style of Peter Bjorn and John. Comprising of Sharon Shy (vocals/bass) and Toppy (guitars/drums/sounds), The Ropes are famous for their engaging lyrics and have toured extensively throughout the US and UK, opening for acts such as The Used, Innerpartysystem and The Matches.
