Stefan Janoski, who is a skateboarder himself, created the Nike SB that has been the sneaks of choice for all skateboarders since its debut in 2009. Since then, the Nike SB has inevitably had many cycles of differing metamorphoses, but none as popular as the Max series. There’s no denying that we want many things from a pair of sneakers (which is fair considering the price), but these sneakers serve their purpose as the design melds both function and comfort for the sportsman while also keeping in mind the colourway and textural aesthetic necessary to upkeep one’s personal style identity. The Graphite grey leather bound sneaker is given a pop of Pink Pow on its tongue while the distinct Nike logo is embedded in Metallic Sliver. The Nike Free sole along with the Air Max bubble provides the obvious cushioning which completes the relaxed look of these sneakers.
